Adrija Thanks to Adrija for giving me near instantaneous relief from my left hip flexor muscles. I came to Beaverton Physio thinking that had a had a problem with my sartorius muscle. Adrija listened carefully to my lengthy history, then asked she asked me to put my left knee up onto the massage bed and take two or three steps with my right leg ,while maintaining good posture.
