I bought my first new bike online, and never having assembled one before I took it in to have them help me out. They did a great job, and even went out of there way to touch up the poor assembly job I did. The mechanic that helped me had great suggestions and was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back if I need any bike work done in the future!
guy on the phone wasn't very nice. i asked him if he could get a certain bike as they were listed as a dealer and got an immediate 'nope' almost interrupting me.
I have been with them for loooooooooooooooooong time specifically the Hillsboro Store and I feel at home there. Nice staff, good advice, reliable bikes and repairs and lastly good price
I must have got the wrong mechanic. Although everyone there was very friendly the young man who worked on my vintage frankenbike did not know anything about my shimano internal hub shifter. Whats worse is he pretended to know about it and broke it worse than it was when i took it in (for an adjustment). Like I said the staff was very friendly, they had some interesting product, but an hour or more waiting to get a broken bike back? Maybe next time just admit you have never seen something before, or let pride take a back seat... read more
if you want more of a small town bike shop feel with friendly kickback employees this is the place to go. much more social shop than the "big box retailers" like river city and bike gallery
