Great bank wish I would've been with them a long time ago

I went to this bank to open an account. I had in hand to deposit 2,000.00, the manager put the money in the machine to count, and then tells me the machine only counted 1,000.00. Somethings is definitely wrong.
Got an auto loan through them and by default had to have a checking account. Dealer negotiated best rate or I'd never have been a customer. Paid the loan off early and they made the final payment and closing the account a huge hassle. First, the website says I can't make the final payment online despite making every other payment that way. Have to call. Agent tells me I have to pay over the phone for a $10 charge. No reason given. Or, I can transfer my funds to their internal checking account and pay that way at no charge. S... read more
