I am very disappointed at the color of tile I picked out and what was delivered. I understand that there is a variation in colors but. To go from a light beige with slightly darker marble marking. To dark brown/black marble markings. Very unhappy
Our experience with Beaver Tile & Stone started favorably. Carol P. was great to work with - friendly, helpful, professional. She helped us with tile, grout, and L- shape channel edging. We were happy with her recommendations and placed the order. From there the experience started to go downhill. We were informed that we can only pick up our order Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (although the shop is open on Saturdays), which is difficult for people who are actually employed and working Monday-Friday.
