what a joke overnight express apparently doesn't really mean overnight never would I recommend them
RecommendedGreat and in time friendly staff.
Terrible customer service after we had a large item damaged beyond use and filing a claim. They went ahead and dumped it at the customers residence. It took listening to 6 months worth of lies and the only returned call was today. They denied our claim saying they turned it over to another shipper. They had represented their selves as the sole carrier and charged me insurance every time though. Just a warning to all 44 of you on this page.
