It's adequate but not nearly as many routes as Allegheny county has.
buses are mostly on time. you can catch a bus all most any where around beaver county and some places in pittsburgh
Been riding them for years on and off! Never had an issue. Life happens at times and I saw some interesting incidents but over all, they are reliable and a blessing to so many. If we didn't have bcta, we could not get around. Eternally grateful. Praise God for them!
