Paid $325 for a lawyer to help us file deed transfer papers and make sure everything was correct. The seller kept finding errors or misspelled names in the documents and then had to keep revising. On the sale deed he instructed us only 1 seller had to sign even tho 3 sellers were listed on the deed. Assured us this would be fine.
