Avoid like the plague! I took my mother there as a surprise for the upcoming Mother's Day weekend. We've been harassed, degraded, condescended, threatened, humiliated, & treated no better than scum by the employees there, particularly by Anna and Audrey. Do not spend your hard-earned money on a place like this. There are so many other med spas in NYC that will treat you with the utmost respect, kindness & appreciation that you deserve.
Avoid like the plague. My mother and I have been harassed, condescended, threatened, humiliated, and treated like scum here.
