Nice store but was told I have spend minimum of $5 for card which they didn't have a sign for stating so because its actually illegal, but gonna give yall the benefit of the doubt because your a small business and instead just report it to the mall HOWEVER if you guys keep doing this i will report you to visa, and you will lose your device and wont be able to accept any cards.
It’s a nice store and all, but those two cashiers kept looking to see if I would steal or something, that made me really uncomfortable and didn’t let me shop/look around in peace. They also need better customer service and they have an attitude while looking at customers, and the way she was taking out the change in such a lazy and “I hate my job” way, never again am I shopping here and will let people know.
Michelle the Chinese lady is a very rude store manager. Never returning. She needs to learn how to be professional after telling me to go to MAC while I am a paying customer.
If I could give a ZERO in customer service I would. So at least I see there customer service isn't just towards Afro Americans, It's to all and terrible in general. I even gave them a chance and went back several months before writing this review! Still as for my people " Don't Spend Your Dollars Here!". It is not for us. Period.
HORRIBLE customer service like seriously who hires these girls ?! Attitude and everything!!! Every time I go here it’s always the same thing. Find a better job if you’re not happy where you’re at. Do better.
