Have been coming for years and love the new location however my last visit I noticed the cleaning and customer service had really dropped off! The pool area has tiles and wood which need replacing. Bathrooms had no hand soap. I had Mia and unfortunately it didn’t feel like a had a massage at the end.
Got a bit of pampering done today with a couple of facials for myself and my wife. Carmel really knows her stuff, researching all her materials and only using the best organic and vegan products. If you want a great facial head down to Beauty Sanctuary Day Spa. You'll definitely be in good hands.
