un perfessional, auexperienced, expensive . The owner has no customer service inexperienced, talking on phone while doing her job fixing her problems talking on different languages. Very rude , the place is not clean Unpleasant and hygiene wise 😑 must be look at. Will not recommend not so ever.
I booked in for a service last night for this morning at 9am. I also paid the $25 deposit. I showed up at the shop at 8:45 this morning and waited there until about 9:30. I tried calling multiple times while I was there and multiples times throughout the day. I sent an instagram message. I researched if there were any different numbers I could call or any advertisements of closures but could not find anything. I just want my money back. I don't even want the service anymore from them. Just my money.

Used a Groupon voucher for my first ever nanoplasty. I've always had keratin treatments done so this was a treat and I 100% recommend it. My hair feels amazing after the treatment. Reem, the owner was amazing. Thanks again
