This is the only laser place EVER where I was told that zero hair reduction is normal. So far, every session Natalya has talked about a negative experience she had with another client because she accidentally wrecked her tattoo so she is incredibly hesitant to perform the service properly because of my tattoos. I bought tape at her request to cover my tattoos to help facilitate the process however, when I arrived today I was told that I bought the wrong kind of medical tape and she took the whole roll and never gave it back ... read more
