NOT a relaxing time – I have never been herded through a 'day spa' like I was here. I expected it to be relaxing, as most are, but instead was told to 'sit here and wait' till someone could deign to wash my hair then picked up by my stylist for a cut. Her question was what do you want? Not how do you usually wear, do your hair....didn't look at it before it was washed. She was very brisk with me. FAKE, FAUX SPA – This place is a joke. Every time I go here they try to cheat me of my money by charging almost double then pretending it was an accident. They are snotty and rude for nothing. Save your money for something more worth it.

Great Eyebrow Threading! – I had been waxing my eyebrows for years and after a recent mess up at the Tip to Toe nail salon at First Colony Mall, I grew my brows out as much as I could and then decided to go to a nicer salong.
