This business sold a voucher despite not having the required equipment to perform the treatment. My appointment was repeatedly refused over a period of two months. Eventually, I was told they were fully booked until the voucher expiry date and refused to issue a refund. I have never experienced a business being unable to accommodate a single appointment over a three-month period after selling a voucher. The moment I met Jackie, we clicked instantly. She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing so I fully trusted her to make the setting choices for me with fat freezing. I’ve never done this before but Jackie made me felt so comfortable and at ease. I also slept the entire time of my treatment which was an hour. Yes, I booked my next appointment straight after my treatment to go back in 3 weeks for more treatments. Thank you so much Jackie. See you in 3 weeks.
