I have visited this store once previously with a pleasant experience. However, today’s experience was not as pleasant as I expected. I took my mom there to browse their selection of natural hair wigs, as her hair has thinned out significantly. This was her first time visiting this store. I’ve been coming to this beauty supply store for a while now and usually felt okay shopping here. However, recently, I’ve noticed that one of the staff members has started ignoring me. Today, when I walked in, spoke to her, she stood inches away from my face, staring at me without saying a word. I greeted her again with “how are you doing today”, trying to be polite, but she turned her head and gave me a cold, brief “hi” without any acknowledgment.
