I was trying to schedule my appointment with Lucretia after a Groupon purchase. I left a message for assistance and scheduling an appt that were never returned. I finally got her on the phone after calling today. The greeting was cold, uninterested, and unprofessional to say the least. My wife was sitting beside me on the speaker call. Bad business. Not worth the money. Would not recommend STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
After many phone numbers and calls I have been unable to reach anyone. We purchased a Groupon, which we are getting a refund, for a massage. Can’t schedule anything to redeem what you purchased. Even came by the location in Douglasville. No one was there and the door was locked even though it states online they are open till 8pm. I do not recommend to anyone. It is a scam.

Ms. Lucretia was very professional when she did my post op massages at home. I have been trying to get an appointment as of lately but EVERYTIME now I make an appointment she has to cancel or like today when I made an appointment for 5:45pm she is NOT even on the premises. I drove from work in Decatur at 4pm to Hiram to pick up my child, drop him off and STILL manage to be here by 5:35! If you are not going to be here this late you should fix your system to not allow customers to make appointments this late. This is so frust... read more
