Unprofessional, dissapointing and disrespectful. Was scheduled for my last session of treatment but made me wait for 2 hours without any reason. Been trying to call and organise another appointment but keep cancelling me. They dont even bothered to call me back. They have a audacity to message me to promote their events but no face to talk to me and explain what happened.
