She does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable the moment you walk into her studio space and keeps you informed on everything involved in the service you’ve booked. From the moment when I walked into the salon, Kate’s welcoming smile made me feel at home. She made sure I was comfortable with pillows for my facial. I think she did about 20 different skin care steps and it felt very lovely; especially the one that smells like chocolate… I found waiting for 30 minutes before I could talk was abit of a challenge but I know the masque had to harden properly. After a few intake questions, I was soon relaxing on a heated, padded table, with soft music playing in the background.
