I found Beauty by Biba by searching for local retailers who carried Eminence products. I scheduled my first signature facial with Stephanie and my goodness she was amazing! She made be feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in. Ive had a decent amount of facials in Arizona, New York and California and this was by far the best I’ve ever had. The treatment itself is nice, but they never explained anything they were doing or putting on my face. I know it’s supposed to be a relaxing treatment, but at least ask beforehand. My skin was actually worse after :( it made my skin very dry because they were so rough on extractions. Definitely would opt out of that next time or just go to a professional dermatologist instead.
Ann Marie gave me a facial before my wedding and wonderful advice on preparing for the special day. She is a perfectionist and takes each client's service to heart. In fact, everyone in the spa makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. I don't usually take time to review services but this place (and Ann Marie) deserve 5 + stars!
