Terrible!!! This place is something else. I was a loyal customer of the previous owner and stayed on for Debbie the lash technician but now?I’ve watched the cleanliness go down hill and the staff have no clue what they are doing. And OMG the owner is something else! She has sent out messages to clients pretending to be staff and promised all kinds of rubbish. I wish I could give 0 stars ! I arrived when the fine print advised but the shop was closed. She arrived at 1.30pm (when my massage was meant to start) saying how she had to go to Bunnings. I asked her if I would give her my Groupon voucher then or after. She advised that she doesn't take Groupons at the weekend. I had made a mistake by booking online and not realising I needed to book through Groupon. She told me doing Groupon massages on the weekend are not worth the money for her. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with therapist preeti services I received was facial sinus massage & lymphatic massage From the moment I arrived,she was warm,welcoming ,and genuinely caring.She took the time to explain the procedures in depth,which made me feel comfortable,informed, and completely at ease. Was ok, Except therapist was ( i think) scrolling social media as she was massaging me. I heard her fingers tapping and then a video start a decent volume which was pretty average. Nice enough, but won't be back.
