This woman is amazing! She helped me understand nutrition and exercise to feel better about my body. I lost fat and gained muscle. I could tell a difference in just 3 weeks. Great therapy sessions too! De has helped me grow in every aspect of my life. Thank you Dee!

I have been working with De on and off for 7 years. She is extremely flexible with her time and patient with her training. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health gain muscle or loss fat. De is also a great life coach. As a small business owner, she has been crucial in our therapy sessions. Local business owned by a fantastic woman who completely changed my life. She covered every part that was making me unhappy, from eating the proper foods for my lifestyle to the perfect exercises to get the body I want. I was even able to share my problems with her during counseling sessions. You won't find that anywhere else. I would recommend one visit and I promise you won't be disappointed. It's the best money I ever spent.
