The studio is lovely and the staff are really welcoming. The therapist took more time and care over the wax than I'm used to with eyebrow waxing, and achieved the shape I asked for. Unfortunately, after the wax I was left with a painful red mark which developed into a scab that lasted for a week, and didn't fully disappear or stop being sensitive for 2 weeks. I reached out and the therapist explained that she must have applied the wax too thick which pulled the skin. I asked for a refund but no one responded. A week later so... read more
