Disgusted is an understatement to describe the way my experience with this company has made me feel. I placed my order March 26, 2021 and today is 2 years later April 29, 2023 and there are still 5 skirts they have not sent me. They refuse to give me a refund and want to send me different skirts instead which I don’t even want! If I wanted the skirts they are offering me, I would have ordered them to begin with! I ordered a skirt and they sent the wrong one. I have asked for a free return shipping label to send this one back for the one I ordered and even sent pictures of the skirt I ordered versus the one received as proof. The only response I got was can you put refuse on the package and drop it back in the mail. I can’t because it is torn. This was their mistake not mine. So I’m typically not a person to leave a negative review but I am just upset and don’t want someone else to go through what I just have. I just ordered over $200 worth of skirts and they have a return policy and says to email them and they will respond and you can return your items within x amount of days of receiving the items and they will refund you a store credit. If I could give zero stars I would. They quality of the clothing is amazing, but the customer service is terrible. I ordered two dresses from them June 2020 and while both are very cute on the model they’re not so cute on me. I asked for a refund and was denied. They only issue store credit. Which...honestly? Who does that? This definitely taught me a lesson. I’ll never order clothing online before reading the return policy again!
The only reason one star is deserved is because the clothes are beautiful and seem of reasonable quality for the price. Otherwise, the customer service is atrocious. I placed my order on August 16th. I ordered 3 items, one of which was labeled as not shipping until August 25th. No where in the checkout process did it say nothing would ship until the entire order was ready, but okay. ****, one of the dresses in your order took longer than expected to arrive. Besides the additional delays we also experienced delays with shipment on behalf of U P S due to the severe weather/floods in our area. We did wait to ship the entire order together.
Wow....I wish I would have read these review before I placed my order!! I ordered 6 skirts January 2019 and it’s June and I only received 2 skirt. I emailed them no response I sent messages on Facebook no one replied! I will never order from them again I need my refund for my hard earned money! It’s a shame but I’ve learned my lesson! I will shared this will all of my friends and family to prevent them from going through this!
