My dad is in a skilled nursing facility because of a partial leg amputation. My dad has dialysis appointments 3x a week and has follow up doctor appointments for wound care. A beautiful life transportation has been on time ONCE since being in charge of my dad’s transportation for the past 3 weeks. My dad’s average wait time for them after dialysis(which he is weak, exhausted and hasn’t eaten)is typically over an hour. RYAN WAS GREAT AND EXCELLENT
My driver Ryan was absolutely fantastic the car was very clean and he was super friendly the ride was very safe and efficient I hope when I ride here again I get them again thanks
If I could give zero stars, I would. Company quoted a 45 minute wait time for pick. Waiting 95 minutes and counting. Dispatch was non-apologetic and provided us with no updates. I could have wheeled my father from North Omaha to Elkhorn faster than this transport company.
