Chris Peterson made my trip one for the books. Which is rare & it's been a long time since I've had a good driver & never one with a such a wonderful personality. I read some of the reviews & found many negative. Guess one might say you need more drivers like Chris.
My insurance had confirmed a ride for me this morning but when I called beautiful life they said there was no records showing I had a ride scheduled. When they can't speak English clearly is another sign they are no good.
They were an hour and half late picking up my dad to take him to Clarkson for an urgent surgery. Another example of why we should be able to give 0 stars.
My dad is in a skilled nursing facility because of a partial leg amputation. My dad has dialysis appointments 3x a week and has follow up doctor appointments for wound care. A beautiful life transportation has been on time ONCE since being in charge of my dad’s transportation for the past 3 weeks. My dad’s average wait time for them after dialysis(which he is weak, exhausted and hasn’t eaten)is typically over an hour.
