If you get the older lady, she does a good job, but the young ones do not know what they're doing. They shake their heads like they understand what you want, but they don't, and you will end up looking like an alien with pencil thin eyebrows. The more important thing about this place, is that they are extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. I am never going there again...and will never let anyone go there... the arabic lady spoiled my eyebrowss and started shouting at me when I asked when did she cut instead of shaping..then she made me feel more embarassed by talking in arabic languade and gigling with themm about me.. it was sooo embaraaseedd in front of eeryone...
Wow when I read this I thought I wrote it I had the same experience with her and I thought it was just me I have been going here since they were in the downstairs __cpLocation that was next to starters, It was always same 2 ladies that worked so this day I came in and all new faces not knowing that the 2 original ladies move upstairs where they are now so older lady was my threader . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE FAIRLANE MALL!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY IN MY LIFE! THE OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ODDLY DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO REQUEST HER TO DO THEIR EYEBROWS.
