I couldn’t say my experience was well. I booked three massages and I only got one because they have this policy where you cannot be over 10 minutes late not 11 minutes not 12 minutes even though there’s not another client that’s waiting. You’ll be the only client that’s in the waiting office, which is little there’s nobody else that’s waiting to be seen and they still won’t give you the remaining of your 60 minute massage you could be 12 minutes late.
