Woman/owner was disrespectful and snobby. Fat shamed my daughter and said a dress that was her size, was “too small for her” and wouldn’t let her try it on. My daughter’s friend was not allowed to try on a more expensive dress because the dress had a “rip” while the customer ahead of us was allowed to try it on (while the friend of my daughters is non white and the other customer was white). We didn’t realize appointments were required to try on dresses, and the boutique was already busy when we arrived. After driving two and a half hours to get there, we were bracing for disappointment, but instead, the staff went above and beyond. They found a way to fit my daughter in, gave her their full attention, and made her feel like the only person in the store. It turned out to be one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had, and she left with the most stunning prom dress.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at this store! The owner was genuinely the most kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable person ever! She knew all the latest trends and pulled some gorgeous dresses for my daughter. My daughter is very picky, but she not once was impatient and totally understood how important this dress is!
