Woman/owner was disrespectful and snobby. Fat shamed my daughter and said a dress that was her size, was “too small for her” and wouldn’t let her try it on. My daughter’s friend was not allowed to try on a more expensive dress because the dress had a “rip” while the customer ahead of us was allowed to try it on (while the friend of my daughters is non white and the other customer was white). Will not be returning…
My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at this store! The owner was genuinely the most kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable person ever! She knew all the latest trends and pulled some gorgeous dresses for my daughter. My daughter is very picky, but she not once was impatient and totally understood how important this dress is! Great experience shopping there and my daughter got the perfect dress for her prom.
My oldest daughter and I stopped into Beautiful on our way to the city, expecting to spend the entire day going from store to store in search of a prom dress. With the date quickly approaching and my daughter having a very specific vision, we thought it would be a challenge. I would share my experience, but I see when it’s a negative review from others, the owner defends and justifies. Let’s just say - what we experienced was less than professional behaviour, (from the teenage employee, and Even the owner during the appointment booking process) and we left. Along with another Mom and Daughter (strangers) who approached us, with a similar experience, and left with us.
