Rude people
The spa has been on the decline since Amanda, one of their injectors, left. During the holidays in 2023, I bought a Holiday special on a Morpheus8 treatment and several syringes of filler. I was able to have my first Morpheus8 treatment in March, but had to wait until July for the second and August for the last session. This machine is only available at the Herriman spa during appointments, which are scheduled around the owner's schedule since she transports the Morpheus8 machine to Idaho, where she lives. I prepaid a good deal of money last year for a Black Friday special where I could get several treatments "at a discount" for the next year. The nurse I scheduled with left and I've been waiting almost 2 months for someone to contact me with the new person's schedule.
Similar to other reviews, whoever the owner is she isn't professional at all and shouldn't own a business. I tried to cancel my membership last fall in person and on the phone, the person at the desk said it was cancelled. It was not cancelled, I left a voicemail a couple months ago and the owner texted me and said I cancelled "incorrectly". I sent her an email so she had it in writing and i was told by her over text it would be cancelled. Money was again taken from my account. It's taken months I now have the state and my b... read more
The hours are weird. It’s suppose to close at 5, but there are many times I come between 3:30-5 and it’s closed. Going to cancel my membership because it’s just too frustrating to work with.
