The staff at Beau's Bridal did an amazing job helping me find my perfect dress. They were knowledgable and friendly. Beautiful dresses at great prices. They also helped me with accessories to complete my look. I will never shop anywhere else.

I'm not real sure about the other review that said beaus bridal was bad, maybe there are new people, but my experience has been great! They took their time with me during my appointment let me try on tons of dresses and even get back in two of them to help decide and didn't pressure me to buy, even encouraged me to go home and think on it and come back. I have a very quick wedding. August 6th to be exact. I went into Beaus yesterday and the ladies were so helpful! They helped me into the dresses and gave me great feedback. They helped me pick out an absolutely beautiful dress and at an affordable price. They offer to steam your dress for free before the wedding. Who does that?! I think anyone who has a quick wedding or a tight budget to visit Beaus.

Do NOT choose this bridal shop! It has the worst customer service. It has dresses made in China that have manufacturer defects and they know and don't care. I bought my wedding gown here in June 2011. They don't allow you to touch the dress-they put in on you in the dressing room. I bought a flower girl dress to match. Then I took it to the seamstress. They promised it could be altered to fit me or I could return it within 24 hours. The seamstress said it couldn't be altered to fit me and it had a zipper that was defective a... read more

The service I had was amazing! My wedding is rapidly approaching, and the ladies in the store jumped into action. I found the perfect dress in the store, and they bent over backwards for me to make sure everything was perfect! We have all we need right here in Fort Smith!

I ordered my wedding dress from here. The lady said she was ordering the dress to "fit your hips". When the dress came in, it was a size too small! I called and told her about it and she said, just lose some weight! I need to lose almost 5 inches off my hips in order to fit the dress. I asked about getting another one in MY size and she said I'd have to pay for it. I had already paid for one, I don't want to have to buy another one. NEVER AGAIN here.

Very Dissapointed....My daughter found a prom dress here... and they customed ordered her one to "FIT HER"... they supposedly measured her... and said she was a size 2... the dress was late coming in... just a week from Prom.. and guess what TOO BIG... and we had to find someone to alter it before the prom... paying $600.00 for a dress... I would expect it to fit... then she rented a big full "Can Can" slip from them.. here's a shocker they gave her one too big... and we had to use Safety pins to hold it up. I enjoyed finding a beautiful wedding dress. The young lady that helped me was not pushy and just there for me!
