The professionalism of the staff and customer service is of high standards. Markella was great to deal with.
Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff showed very little interest in helping us and had a poor attitude throughout our visit. They didn’t seem interested in answering our questions or showing us different tile options, making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Building a home is a huge investment, and people spend a lot of money to create their dream home. Very friendly staff. Clean shop with a good selection of tiles. They were not able to help with finding a match for a very old tile but they sent me to another place that had something that was a suitable replacement.
