We couldn't thank enough for Beaumont Tile Virginia for the help they provide. Not only the personal knowledge but also their heart to help customers go above beyond. The Courtney helped us to choose the right tiles of wall and floor within our budget and perfect matching within 10 minutes. Saves our time. And Kayla organized the payment, shipment and tiles return. She always keep us up today. And every procedure is seamless. Due to our busy schedule, we did put reviews here earlier. It was 1 year ago. Amazing experience and support throughout the process. We dealt with Kayla Brown who went above and beyond to help ever step of the way. To be totally honest never had someone go to so much trouble to get what we needed, when we needed it and communication was fantastic.
Courtney at Beaumont Tiles Virginia, was very friendly and professional with my recent tile dealings. She went above and beyond. Great asset to Beaumont Tiles. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
Great range of tiles here and Seth was just brilliant with helping us with our new house tile selection. They let us take a couple of samples which made it much easier. Thanks, so much.
Kayla was absolutely amazing! From sourcing unique tiles to try and meet my inspiration photos to diligently communicating every step from viewing samples to delivery - she is an asset to the store. This is the second and third space where we have used Beaumont tiles and everything has been well communicated and efficient. We even knew when the forklift driver was on leave to schedule around this. 5 stars beaumont - we will use you again!
