I was stunned this week when I visited Beaumont tiles Virginia at the terrible service. With two staff members and only myself as a customer, neither staff member were interested in taking their time to find a tiling solution for me. I have since learned they’re able to have ordered exactly what I needed, as they’re listed stockists with the supplier, but just weren’t interested in being of assistance. Arrived 8.30am on Saturday. Waited til 9.30 still not open.
Bought a box of tiles a couple of weeks ago which I didn’t end up needed and tried to return them. Unopened, unused. Was told a flat “no” for a refund, also for store credit (I need tiles for another project) The tiles were in stock when I bought them, no special order but I was sighted the clause of “not current batch” and can’t be returned.
