Worst service i have received from a trade store. Travelled 2 hours to return some tiles. Said that i have to come the next day get refund as the return needs to be approved by warehouse. Called the same day the afternoon at closing time to make sure it is ok for me to come the next day to which they said all good all processed come firth thing in the morning. Drive another 2 hours missing (4hrs of work) to which they tell me it cant be processed today there is no order. So driving back another two hours and having to come b... read more
