Went for a tile selection appointment througg one of the builder they partnered with. While the “design manager” we worked on that day was lovely and we did a very good selection. However, she sent through the documents 7-days late. In effect, our builder did not get through with our document and until now another more than a week of delay. Her reason was it was just sitting on her email and couldn’t or forgot to send. What a lame excuse, it is.

Please carefully choose them if you need one box of tile urgent you need to go to their Wearhouse and pay an extra $55 for handling free as per company policy, Do you think it is fair to pay an extra $55 per box of tile worth $49??? I brought around 56 square meters tiles from Woolloongabba sales centre few months ago last week I went same place to buy same tile around 6 square meter and they told me if you need to collect it today I have to go your wearhouse and collect it but handling free is $55 I agree it I paid but afte... read more
