We've bought a few times from here and it's been quite a mixed experience therefore I've had to edit my 5 star review. First time the service was incredible and very polite with a very quick turn around. But The second time the service was full of delays and lack of communication wasting a lot of our and our tilers time. I would love to provide a better review, but this is the second Beaumont store I have had a similar experience in. As another store wouldn't provide me with any assistance, I reached out to the tile supplier directly who advised me to contact another store to secure samples. I reached out to Sumner Park and they advised me they would be ordering samples for me which would take one to two weeks to arrive.
