Great store, good selection and helpful staff.
This store is very expensive and got a very dodgy staff. Think before u buy anything
Tiles & prices are ok. If you are in a hurry for tiles, you can pick them up from Underwood warehouse in about 2 hours. You need a ute or trailer. You can't load by hand and pay an extra $50 for hurrying them each time, no matter if it is one box or 10.
Great selection of tiles, good service even though they were busy at the time. Glad they had the vanity & tap I wanted as well.
Went on Saturday to pick out tiles for a bathroom..Have always shopped here in the past and received wonderful help. But Saturday my service was terrible. A male and a female were working and both offered terrible service. Had to keep chasing them out of the back room to ask questions. Seems gluing on wood on back of tiles was more important than customer service. Oh well the stores loss but a competitor down the rd which gave excellent customer service will be getting my sale.
