It has been a great experience working with Victor as our interior designer. He provided painstaking attention to detail designing our bathrooms, making sure each bathroom had character so they didn’t feel boring or repetitive and helping us place fixtures thoughtfully, and selecting tile sizes and grout colours, he considered things we never would have thought of ourselves. We couldn't be happier. Thanks mate!
Appalling customer service. I walked into the store, two gentlemen were on their computers and did not even acknowledge me walking in. Another staff member was assisting another customer and after wandering around for about 20mins with no acknowledgement I walked out.
We went to Beaumont Tiles Studio Fortitude Valley/Bowen Hills yesterday to look at the tiles and fixtures we had chosen online. Sean served us and was amazing. Really helpful and professional. His advice and feedback on our choices was great. Would highly recommend.
Marie and I entered the shop and were greeted by Sean. We outlined what we wanted to achieve and showed him some photos of our shower that we need to rebuild. Our bathroom was renovated 30 years ago so we knew we would not be able to get the same tiles again. Sean understood our requirements and provided what tiles would work with what we have. A huge selection of great tiles, which was great but overwhelming for a novice like me. Sean was extremely helpful - also calming and friendly. He found me a perfect selection that showed he was a great listener, as well as experienced in tile selection and colours. Not sure i would have been so successful without assistance. I'm so pleased with the selections for both bathrooms, and am very grateful for Sean's assistance. Also of note is that they also do bathrooms - selections of vanities, taps etc which i was unaware of.
