OK if you want a bathroom from the Block
I have been in 2 Beaumont tiles premises in the last two weeks and have been totally ignored both times. First one Edwardstown where I did send an email about this and received the generic "pretend we care" response. Today at Seaford, 3 staff members and an empty shop. The two ladies at the desk continued their conversation about non work events and man on other side in flooring just stared at us. Went in to buy some tiles for a current renovation, multiple staff were on the floor but no one was helpful or seemed mildly interested in trying to sell any tiles to me. Left the store wondering if any of the staff members want to sell anything at all. I have shopped at multiple different tile shops around Adelaide and this was by far the most unhelpful and unfriendly shop iv entered.
My tiler found that we were 4 boxes short for the job being done at my house. The tiles we had purchased were on sale when we bought them. I called the Seaford store in a panic thinking we may not be able to get the extras we needed within the same batch!..Christina and Lauren quickly went into action and confirmed that they did have the extra boxes we needed in the same batch. By this time the tiles were no longer on special but Lauren and Christina matched the sale price ! - Top work ladies, thank you very much !
Great staff helped myself and son out with advice for wall and floor tiles.
