Big empty store, 1 person who was absorbed in talking with a time waster "oh but what if I got a bath, how do you install a shower screen, hmmm how much for a heated towel rail and how do you install it" I was there for 15-20mins with cash in my hand and a tile picked. Poor service and nothing in stock. I spent my money at national tiles. Not a good representation of the Beaumont brand.
I came to this store recently looking to match tiles to an existing bathroom, was served by a woman who said straight away that they didn’t have the tile. Her body language, attitude and words clearly showed she didn’t care or want to help. I left the store and came back shortly after to see for myself, here I was approached by Sharon who made the effort to at least help look or see the closest match, showing great care for the customer. Sharon was lovely, the other was straight rude.
Terrible service
I went in to purchase a new kitchen sink and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with the sales assistant, Christina. When I asked questions about different sink options, I was met with very short, one-word answers and she came across as uninterested and unhelpful. Wish I had checked the reviews before going into this store. Walked in, no other customers, headed to the desk, not a single ‘hi how are you’ as I walked up. Explained to the lady I was needing tiles for an ensuite, bathroom and laundry renovation, showed her a few inspiration pictures and said I hadn’t looked in store so would like some help. Out of the entire showroom she showed me 2 tiles and said ‘that’s it’, sat back down, charged me $10 for the samples and that was it. Awful service considering the amount of money I wa... read more
