I will say britt was helpful helping us pick out floor and wall tiles. But they didn't arrive when we're told they were, britt never rang us to say what happened. I left it for 2 weeks before ringing them . She got back to me saying the interstate store didn't have one lot so had to wait. When told again when they would be in , nothing. So waited till mid week yo ring again. I get a different person 2 days later saying they arrived. When we went all the way up there we were greeted with no apology, no happy smile.
