Just experienced a rude and unfriendly person at their front desk. I called asking for a product and I spoke to someone named Jo who was extremely helpful and when I came in, I asked the woman sitting at the front desk if it was her - she scowled at me and said no. I apologised for making the identity mistake and she proceeded with her horrible attitude to tell me there was no one there named “Jo”.
