Went in store and met with Jones, he was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what sort of tile i was after. Found the perfect match and he had the tiles delivered out to me that very same day! Amazing service thanks very much Jones! Cheers
Massive drop in reliability This used to be my go-to supplier quick, reliable, and always sorted my orders over the phone. Now? Zero communication. No replies, no updates. I’ve lost clients because I was left hanging, waiting for responses that never came. Completely unacceptable from a business I once trusted.
Went there to get some materials , and the staff didn't even bother to look at me maybe tying to ignore me. I asked about the prices of only 2 grouts, and the bloke working there got upset and said something with the other worker and they bluffed. Plus Everything is so overprice .
We were attended by Erfan and he was very helpful.
Great little pop up shop however on a Saturday you’d think there’s be more staff on than just 2. Felt sorry for the staff with so many people waiting to be served. You really need to have more staff on - Saturday’s are people’s days off.
