Myself and my partner visted the store today and were helped by a young girl, who we believe was Danniella. She was very informative, professional and patient. We were very greatful for her help and would come back again.

He went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us. We truly appreciate all his help , along with the team at Beaumont Tiles Ipswich. Fantastic team.

She was easy to sit down with and took the time to go through all the different options available. Outstanding customer service, friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right choices. It's rare to find service like this these days. Thank you ... read more
