Alison and her partner are the best! They were happy to give advice but also sought to understand what we actually wanted. We were very happy with the end result and appreciated their practical and no pressure approach. Their product knowledge is exceptional. Very slow in getting this review up(… we finished bathroom renovations in 2023!) but all visits to Beaumonts since have been consistent with the first.
Great service! We were a few tiles short when renovating our bathroom and Alison went above and beyond to try to help us avoid the two week wait to get more delivered. She continued to patiently assist us when we realised we had ordered too many tiles (all at the end of shift on a Friday afternoon while dealing with a new computer system). I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and customer service skills. Thank you!
