They are ok, but they sell tiles that have chips in them still in the box and don't want to replace chipped tiles. They say they are on sale and that can happen in production. That shouldn't mean they sell them damaged already and still pay $40lm
Dealt with Simone twice in the last couple of months.. floor tiles and then kitchen backsplash tiles. Simone is so helpful and explains everything so well, she truly wants the best for your home. Cannot recommend her enough!
We had a delema in only needing 4 extra tiles for our bathroom renovation and instead of us needing to order an entire new box and having to wait the standard 2 business days for the order to be ready Charlie at Beaumont Tiles Capalaba kindly provided us 4 of their sample tiles free of charge.
