Had a fantastic experience at Beaumont Tiles Ferntree Gully while planning a bathroom renovation. Ashlyn was brilliant from start to finish, her design expertise made choosing tiles so much easier and she really took the time to understand what we were after. Her customer service was outstanding too, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful rather than just pushing a sale. If you’re renovating, I’d highly recommend booking an appointment with Ashlyn specifically. She’ll save you a lot of second-guessing and help you land... read more
Ella was absolutely amazing to work with when helping us choose the tiles and custom vanity for our new ensuite. She was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout every stage of the process and always kept us updated along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend Ella!
My partner visited here for a specific type of tile which Beaumont was not able to supply however was convinced to pay $10 for a sample tile nothing like that was requested, and only refundable on return, tempted to do so in a box in pieces
We also had great service and advice from Ella after asking us about our style & house colour etc the first tile she suggested was perfect.
Excellent service by Carley,Ella and Ashlyn on helping with our choice of tiles and cabinet handles for our renovation the delivery service was excellent as well 👍
