Excellent customer service
I'd give a 0 as a review if I could. Worst customer service ever, no no ZERO customer service. Wanting to buy tiles for two rooms today, when we walked in we were the only customers in the store, we needed some assistance, we weren't even greeted by anyone. Then we waited and watched as two different couples that came in AFTER us were attended to! We even walked up to the desk. Awful experience. Customer service is your job. Ffs.
Went into the store mid Saturday afternoon, only customers in the store, no assistance provided despite clearly needing it and even wandering up to the desk, others who wanded in assisted, woman eating food at her desk. No customer service... Off to national tiles as a result
I visited the Ferntree Gully Beaumont Tiles shop recently for some floor grout. I really wanted to get the right colour to match our Very Expensive floor tiles. I was a little confused about what was the best colour grout to choose. I spoke to Jesse initially who was great with technical details. Then Carley got involved.
