Arranged tiles and made sure they would be able to be collected on the day they were needed, rang to find out when they would be in to be told they would be in the next week well after they were needed. I stressed to the sales man Graham multiple times that they were needed by Friday and was assured multiple times that they would arrive then. Graham is excellent and knowledgeable. He helped with grout choices. Different tiles and colours. Great customer service. Highly recommend asking for him. 10/10
