Sanja and her team were amazing, with such a huge choice of tiles I was overwhelmed and crippled with indecision. Sanja helped us choose tiles, bath, sink, tapwear etc, advising on price, matching prices as well. The result is fabulous.
Easy to order, prompt delivery and seamless installation. Gorgeous hybrid flooring without a hassle!
Their salesman recommended that I buy extra tiles for a renovation ‘just in case’ and said I could return any unused boxes. When I brought the unused boxes back they refused to refund them saying that refunds must be returned within 2 weeks. Apparently this is their official policy- and it’s absurd. Who in the world has a 2 week limit on returns?! Especially considering that anyone would want the tiles delivered well in advance of installation.
