Actual physical therapists are fantastic, but the desk staff lacks empathy, and hung up on me. I called to see when my next appointment was (thinking it's today), wanted to reschedule, booked two weeks out, she gives me Monday the 17th, I say yes, she goes silent and asks me about the 21st so I tell her "Wait what I just said yes to the 17th-" Her: "Well I don't know *starts rambling to where I cannot understand her" "I'm confused- I just want to keep the 17th please."
