A star for my therapist because he did in fact give some good techniques that provided some relief. However the receptionist is awful. I thought maybe it was a bad day because she was pleasant the initial visit. Yet this bad attitude has lingered since then. How can you be so irritable and rude in this line of work. The therapists are really kind and professional. HOWEVER, one of the front desk staff just hung up on me. It was the strangest thing! I don’t understand what happened. She was nice in person, the first day. But today she snapped. I called back and left a message that I’m not sure what just happened. It has shaken me up. It was a sneak attack. The reception really needs a different line of work. She has an attitude issued. This is the second time encountering that really has me turned off. I’m never going to come back to this place again.

Actual physical therapists are fantastic, but the desk staff lacks empathy, and hung up on me. I called to see when my next appointment was (thinking it's today), wanted to reschedule, booked two weeks out, she gives me Monday the 17th, I say yes, she goes silent and asks me about the 21st so I tell her "Wait what I just said yes to the 17th-" Her: "Well I don't know *starts rambling to where I cannot understand her" "I'm confused- I just want to keep the 17th please."
