Facility looks great from the outside and if you can move, once you become a dependent POW, things might be so good. 1 star for the cleanliness and facility itself.
If I could give a 0 I would. Our experience was beyond terrible.
Terrible experience all round deserving 0 star
The facility is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better aged care facility for my mum. It made the difficult decision to place mum into care a much easier transition for us all.
