Extremely unprofessional. Out right verbslly combative. Went into MY portal, viewed my chart without my consent, didn't introduce herself as I was on the call with a different lady. Never introduced herself. yet accessed my chart for literall6 zero reasons. Complete HIPPA violation. Then commenced to argue. Then an additional "msnsger" hopped on the call and yelled. The staff is exceptional, they hit all the marks.. kindness, friendliness, informational, professionalism. The program was fabulous, I had the BEST results imaginable. Would suggest it over and over again. If you follow their instructions, you canhave the best life ever!
In one simple sentence, use caution when approaching this place. During the intake presentation and even during the first appointment, my fiance was repeatedly assured that a variety of health facets would be reviewed and addressed prior to being allowed surgery.
