Alycia and the team at Beaumaris Physio and Health are amazing! I started attending pilates classes during pregnancy and felt so supported throughout. I can't thank Alycia more and credit the pilates for my swift recovery post-birth. The exercises were always customised to suit my ability and needs, and the environment so welcoming that stepping into a class was like catching up with old friends.
