Had the 1/4 chicken and chips. It was the standard charcoal chicken, with nice flavour. The chips weren't great though as some were undercooked, some were old and some fresh.
Used to come here years ago whilst living in Beaumaris and was always our fav charcoal chicken. The chicken avo salad is so tasty and is simply the best. So happy that have recently moved back closer to this joint. If you are looking for a tasty salad definitely come here. So much better than the carrum station one.

Thought I’d try this place based on all the positive reviews….now I don’t know if this was just a bad saturday night or if the locals have become conditioned towards mediocrity but I’m sorry this charcoal chicken shop is a far cry from what the reviews say about it. The chicken, while well seasoned, was dryer than the Sahara Desert. It was so dry it was purely inedible.
