It was a delight working with the Beaulieu family, and so gratifying to have a decent sized job done so efficiently, expertly and at a very reasonable cost. They were pleasant, responsive and helpful from start to finish. They removed carpet from our large basement room and stairs and installed LVP on the floor and new carpet on the stairs. It looks GREAT! We couldn’t be happier.
Louis and Zakk are some stand up guys. COMMUNICATION was outstanding - huge, when you're dealing with contractors. Their price was competitive, but not the lowest - being responsive was more important to me. One small itch was charging a bit more after the fact due to some supposedly difficult demo - a little ticky tack - but we split the difference. That said, the quality of workmanship and moreover the fact they finished AHEAD of schedule earned them a full-up five stars from me. Thanks guys!
Excellent job redoing the carpet in our house (2 sets of stairs and an entire basement). There were some additional, minor costs required, but they let us know beforehand so we could approve it. Very straightforward process and their work was quick and thorough. Will utilize them in the future when we need to care for our hardwood floors, but really pleased with the carpet work. Their pricing was the best quote I received, and the work was able to be scheduled within about a week. Would use them again!
My floors could Not look more beautiful! Zakk and team replaced old and stained these old floors to their original glory. Our family home, now four generations have lived there. So very grateful! Highly recommended by my neighbors and the best quote I received. Thank you Zakk!
Driss Beaulieu was fantastic to work with. He was thorough asking many questions to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and took copious notes. The team showed up on time and finished on time. We got several bids and they came in lowest. They even switched out a few boards that I did not like at no additional charge. I highly recommend Beaulieu Floors.
